A superb organic Crozes obviously from the Syrah grape. Deeply coloured, the nose exhibits classic aromas such as smoke, field berries, black licorice and floral hints. From the excellent but hot 2022 vintage, just enough acidity adds freshness and assures balance. With good extract, structure and length, this full flavoured Crozes should age well for 4 to 5 years. Grilled meats such as veal or pork should marry quite well. Enjoy!
