Château Revelette 2011 Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence

 

2011 Revelette was produced in a very elegant charming style. Made from Syrah (55 %), Cabernet Sauvignon (34 %) and Grenache (11%), this lovely medium bodied blend offers soft ripe flavours, very little oak and velvety tannins. Its nose reveals lovely berry fruit with typical terroir minerality. This well balanced red should marry well with grilled lamb cutlets
