This superb rosé Champagne is light, easy drinking and quite charming.  A very original blend of Pinot Meunier (58%), Chardonnay (19%) and Pinot Noir (4%) to which 20% of red wine (coteaux champenois) was added for color.  Soft acidity adds freshness and assures balance.
