Sancerre 2020 Daniel Crochet

From the outstanding 2020 vintage, this lovely but very concentrated Pinot is rather atypical! A surprisingly rich and deeply coloured Sancerre that exudes field berry scents with floral and spicy hints. A full bodied and quite flavourful Pinot Noir that will surprise the fan of red Sancerre. Soft acidity, amazing extract, solid structure, all while remaining well balanced. Those who prefer pale coloured and light bodied Pinot should abstain. A great candidate for the cellar: minimum 3 to 5 years. A pink and juicy veal cutlet will marry perfectly with this surprising Sancerre. Enjoy!
