This lovely organic red is made with equal parts of Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt. Slightly fruity with floral, vegetal and mineral hints. Medium bodied and quite tasty, it displays surprising ripe flavours (surely due to a sun soaked 2018 vintage). A slight bitter finish assures freshness and balance, while adding length. Barbecued veal or pork will do the trick. Enjoy!
