The blend of this fine Biodynamic red from South West seems to change every year : less Merlot (20%) and more Cabernet Franc (40%) and Abouriou (40%) in the excellent 2018 vintage. But the nose remains quite «funky» with animal, floral and mineral scents complementing the berry aromas. Surprising richness, but remains balanced and elegant. Try with your favorite grilled sausages. Decant an hour before to let it breathe. Enjoy!
