For those who participate in the Dry-Feb mouvement, I recommend this very surprising dealcoholized white from Germany. Quite representative, this lovely riesling is remarkably fresh and elegant. Some residual sugar, but the wine remains lively and balanced. The intense nose displays citrus and apple with a hint of petroleum.
