A superb Muscadet from the granitic soils of the commune of Clisson. Obviously made with the Melon de Bourgogne grape, the Domaine de la Pépière is certified Biodynamic. The nose displays mineral, fruity (apple and pear) and honeyed scents. From a sun soaked hot vintage (2017), this Muscadet is rather round and velvety, with soft acidity and a charming hint of bitterness that adds length. Great match with linguine con vongole. Enjoy!
