This lovely organic Chianti is from an exceptionnal vintage (according to a well known producer of the region met recently). The classic terroir driven nose exhibits ripe cherry, graphite and floral hints with just a kiss of oak. A very charming Chianti in a ripe, elegant style, with good length and perfect balance. Good extract in a solid structure for short term aging (3 to 5 years). Italian sausage pasta with grilled red peppers should match perfectly Superb! Enjoy!
