This very reliable producer crafts superb Cabernet Franc and Chenin blanc biodynamic wines. The Saumur-Champigny appellation has dramatically improved in the last decade. A charming cuvée that displays perfectly ripe flavours. Deep almost purple colour, lovely intense nose that exudes field berries and bell pepper with floral and animal hints. Medium bodied with fresh acidity and a trademark velvety texture. Quite flavourful, with good length, it should marry well with you favorite grilled veal or pork dish. Enjoy!
This consistent quality white from South West France offers great value. It charmed a group of friends almost unanimously ! A perfect 50-50 blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon that exudes intense scents of passion fruit, guava and citrus. A hint of residual sugar (6,2 gr/li) is perfectly balanced by fresh acidity and a touch of bitterness. A flavourful and seductive white perfect for oysters on the shell or grilled seafood. Enjoy!
