This Gamay red from Beaujolais seduces with fresh berry flavours and soft acidity. A lovely Côte de Brouilly typically light bodied but surprisingly round and flavourful. The nose exhibits field berry scents with a hint of coffee. Good acid/tannin structure with great balance and some length. It should cellar well for 3 to 5 years. Amazing with simply grilled chicken.
