Deeply coloured (for Pinot), the nose exhibits scents of field berries and sweet spices enhanced by discreet floral hints. This lovely Alsatian Pinot offers surprising acidity (for such a warm vintage), with good structure and extract. Medium bodied, well balanced with a slight bitter finish that adds length. A great match with grilled veal or poultry. Enjoy!
