The northern Rhône sector of Collines Rhodaniennes was only revitalized a bit over 20 years ago and the success is tremendous ! Deep purple colour. This superb Syrah is bursting with ripe berry flavours. It displays soft acidity, good extract and a charming velvety texture. The fruity nose is enhanced with typical smoky and peppery aromas. Great match with veal ravioli in a mushroom sauce.
