This lovely unoaked red is a blend of Grenache (45%), Syrah (30%), Mourvèdre (15%) and Marselan (10%). A superb organic Rhône valley red that displays velvety ripe flavours. Medium bodied, this sun soaked blend exhibits dark berry, floral and animal scents. Ideally let it breathe (in a carafe) 30 to 45 minutes. Quite persistant, it should marry well with a grilled veggies pizza
