Take note that I’m not a fan of light, by the pool, styles of rosé. This version from the reputed Bandol appellation in Provence offers more character and flavour! The charming nose reveals some spicy red fruit and citrus scents. Contrary to most rosés out there, this organic cuvée displays good structure and length. A bit expensive you might say! Yes, but the Domaine de Terrebrune crafts its quality rosé with a more assertive personality. A blend of Mourvèdre (60%), Grenache (20%) and Cinsault (20%). A perfect match with grilled salmon trout.
